Refunds

Refunds are only provided after purchased items have been successfully returned to the shop - please note that shipping costs are never refunded unless it is the fault of the shipper.

Replacements/refunds are not provided without proof of damage and/or lost items.

Refunds/replacements will not be issued if the item has been opened or used. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Items must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a refund/replacement.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and not a guarantee. The estimated delivery time does not include the shop processing time which is 1-2 working days. Many factors need to be considered when determining an expected delivery date such as holidays, strikes, weather, etc. There is no guaranteed date of arrival but they usually arrive within the estimated delivery window. Please keep this in mind if making a purchase and expecting delivery for a special occasion.

I cannot be personally responsible for shipping once the order has been handed to Royal Mail. Where Tracking is provided, it will be included in the order confirmation email and should be noted by the purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to track packages. Purchasers must contact Royal Mail with concerns of a suspected delayed, lost, missing etc. shipment. The shop has no resources to answer these concerns - only the purchaser. The seller is not responsible for shipping issues due to Royal Mail. If you have ordered with the Royal Mail Signed-For service and have issues with your delivery or a suspected delay, the seller will happily provide available tracking information when requested.
